The program recognizes when you achieve certain critical milestones in your career and celebrates your success.
The Life Long Learning Balanced Scorecard measures your growth in each of the 18 key competencies, providing scores for events you attend, educational experiences, milestone experiences and self-learning. When you achieve certain milestone scores, we provide you with a Certificate of Achievement and induct you into the appropriate CEO belt level. Belt Levels progress similar to the way that many martial arts recognize the achievement of certain status levels.
